Location is very convenient for Duomo and Sforzfa castle etc. Bed was very very comfortable for 4 star in Europe! And the air conditioning was excellent.
Loved the decor, the room space and cleanliness. Shampoo and soap smelled lovely. Front desk lady was really sweet and helpful. Area was perfect, accessible everywhere by walking. Feedback would be that the shower space is a little tight which is expected in Europe. Breakfast area feels a bit dark and options could be enhanced.

El hotel está bien decorado y ubicado. Nuestra habitación súper oscura, pero limpia y cómoda. El servicio pesimo, el personal nada amable e incluso despota y antipático. Por el precio que se paga es decepcionante tener el servicio que se recibe. Definitivamente no regresaremos..
Great location in the heart of Milan; a few minutes walk from the Duomo. Staff at the reception very friendly and helpful.
I read the comments about mosquitoes in the room in certain reviews and I must say it is true. I had room 201 and over a dozen of mosquitoes in my room. Also, it is noisy from the street. There was construction when I stayed at the hotel and it’s a good thing I had my ear caps.
Rooms are relatively large (for European standards) and offer a large bathroom.
Overall, fair price for the prime location and for spacious rooms.
